»Institut für Behavioral Strategy« Dr. Claudia Nagel’s professional work in the areas of strategy development and strategy implementation combine her management background with a neuroscientific, psychodynamic perspective. For this purpose, the recently incorporated institute – alongside NAGEL & COMPANY GmbH – serves both research as well as applied teaching purposes. The goal is to take the most recent findings in economic and behavioral science, in psychoanalysis, and in brain research and to make these findings useful to entrepreneurs as well as members of the board and their management teams. For this purpose, renowned scientists representing these specialized fields work together within the organization. The collaboration is realized in individual workshops and through coaching and mentoring processes in which newly appointed managers are accompanied as they embark on their strategic paths.
